RASSHX's kitchen magic strikes again!!!

So you people challenged me for a test and I'm sorry that i've accepted the challenge
Today I'm introducing a recipe that is so easy to make and eat with almost everything,
Egg Peera
        Peera is a traditional dish of kerala available in various forms like fish peera etc.Its a very spicy delicious dish.I'll explain how to make it.Try it and avoid nightmares.And also thank me for sharing my patent recipe.
 
Ingredients:


1.Onion-3 no.s(finely chopped)
2.Tomato-1 no.s(finely chopped)
3.Grated Coconut-1 cup
4.Garlic and Ginger paste-1 spoon
5.Green chilly-2no.s(crushed)
6.Egg-2no.s
7.Red chilli powder-1 to 2 Tbsp
8.Salt-To taste
9.chopped coriander leaves



Method:

1.

Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add salt, red chilli powder and beat again so that salt and red chilli powder mix well.
2.Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add green chilli, garlic-ginger paste, grated coconut and onions and saute over medium heat till onions become slight brown in color.
3.Add tomatoes and red chilli powder and salt and cook until tender.
4.Add beaten eggs and mix well. Using a spatula (wooden, in case of non-stick pan), turn the scrambled eggs upside down so that the eggs get fully cooked (for 4 minutes).
Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot along with toast slices or chappatis

  2. yeah..people might think..coconut plus egg, end result is like the pic at the bottom :D
